OSCAR blood test

Eh hi mummy! My friend went to KKH recently and she said the subsidised OSCAR test came up to around $170-plus, which she felt was quite reasonable lah. But someone in my mum WhatsApp group mentioned that if you're looking at the Harmony test (the NIPT one) at KKH instead, that one is subsidised at around $370-plus, or can go up to around $795 if unsubsidised, so quite a big difference depending on which test you go for! My neighbour also said KKH told her the prices may or may not include GST, so best to double check with them directly when you go for your appointment. If you're comparing around, a few mummies I know said private hospitals like Thomson or Mount Alvernia are pricier, like $310 to $330-plus just for the OSCAR alone. So for value, most of the mums I know still feel KKH subsidised rate is the way to go!

Hmm I did mine at KKH too but honestly cannot remember the exact price already, like something around $850 as private patient. pregnancy brain is real!
