10 week LO with GERD

Hello mummies. My 10-week LO is diagnosed with GERD and started on medicine. Though its only 4th day but his each milk intake remains at 60 to 80ml. Very worried. Any mummies experience the same? How long does it take for your LO to feel better? 😭 his growth has already dipped to 25th percentile
