🍦 Celebrate Mother’s Day with Something Sweet!

If I could dedicate an ice cream flavor to my mum, it would be Cookies & Cream. 🍦 Because life was never smooth for her. She went through heartbreak, sacrifices, raising us mostly on her own and carrying pain she never spoke about openly. But despite all the broken pieces life handed her, she still found ways to make life feel sweet for us. The cookies are the tough moments she survived. The cream is the warmth, comfort & love she gave us anyway. As I became a mother myself, I finally understood how much silent strength a mum carries every single day. And honestly, if love had a flavor, it would taste like home — just like her. 💖

I would dedicate strawberry sorbet flavour to my mum. her love and caregiving for me through my growing years is a blend of sweet and sour tangy as she had to also take up dad duties who was working night shifts. Her love for us is sweet, comforting and not sticky (refreshing) that feels light yet filled us completely.

Lemon ginger cause it’s her favorite! Similar to the ups and downs in life, there are sour moments, spicy ones and bitter ones too! But that’s how we can appreciate the sweet times too! ♥️
