This morning my youngest son keep on screaming and shouting! So hyper wahhh!!! What would i do to make him behave ?

The best thing to do is tell yourself "this, too, shall pass." LOL. Your kid, especially if a toddler, may have just recently discovered his capability of raising his voice. For your kid, it may have been fun, or may have been a way to get whatever he wants. I suggest you try to stay calm and never let it get the best of you.
