Ay hindi ka nag-iisa, sis! A lot of us experienced stomach pain around that time, parang cramping or discomfort na hindi lang yung typical morning sickness, and honestly it can be scary. But since you're 12 weeks and experiencing pain like that, I'd really recommend checking with your OB agad lang to make sure everything's okay with baby and your pregnancy, kasi they can properly assess what's happening, better safe than sorry talaga!
