Montessori or Progressive, and why?

Progressive na. We checked out a montessori class and I didn't like how each kid was doing their own thing - it looked disorganized to me. Some girl was sitting alone, another kid was cleaning windows, another was eating a snack, several were playing with blocks. I appreciate how they want kids to learn like skills, but I prefer to see more structure.
