Sayang, this is something you really need to check with your doctor or clinic ASAP, especially since you're wearing an IUD, they'll do a proper test and scan to confirm. A few of my mum friends have had pregnancy scares with IUD, and honestly the only way to know for sure is through the doctor, not just home tests.
