from Exclusive breastfeeding to Mix feeding

hello momshiesss. 8 weeks pp na akoI plan to switch from ebf to mix feeding po, kasi nahihirapan ako i-breastfeed si baby kapag maglakad tapos kapag kailangan ko lumabas running on an errand, diko maiwan si baby ng basta basta kasi hindi ako nag pupump.I used to pump po pero after shortwhile, tinigilan ko kasi tinatamad ako dahil manual yung pump (RealBubee), then naging ebf na ako. I tried pumping pero wala lumalabas, lumalabas lang gatas ko if si baby ang naga latch saakin.I will still breastfeed my baby pero mix feeding ko na rin para di ako mahirapan masyado sa lakad atsaka para maiwan ko sa bahay kapag kailangan kong lumabasNag try ng nestogen si baby using bottle from Babyflo at yung bottle na kasama ng Pump, pero ayaw niya. nasanay na siya sa nipple ko.Ano marecommend niyo na formula milk? and also brand ng feeding bottle (Preferably the one that wont cause nipple confusion)? and also items needed for formula-fed babies besides bottles and air tight container.That was long, THANK YOUU For reading!! ☺️ #FTM #pleasehelp #advicepls #firsttimemom #firstbaby

Ay hirap talaga yan, mama! A few of us tried switching to mixed feeding around that time, and honestly, mas okay siya kahit medyo adjustment period muna. Since baby is already used to your nipple, you might want to try bottles with a slower flow or ones designed para hindi ma-confuse, a lot of moms sa circle ko swear by Philips Avent or Tommee Tippee, pero try mo rin mag-research ng anti-colic bottles kasi may kaibahan talaga depending sa baby. For formula, pwede mo subukan ang similar ones like S-26, Enfamil, or Lactogen (kasi familiar na yung taste if nag-breastfeed siya), pero buti kung makaka-consult ka ng pedia para sa best match para sa baby mo. Besides bottles and container, kailangan mo ng sterilizer (electric or stovetop), bottle brush para sa cleaning, at powder dispenser kung convenient para sayo, plus maybe a bottle warmer para sa gabi kasi mas convenient than heating on stove, pero honestly, room temp formula works din, marami na kaming kaibigan na ganyan
