Colds & Cough Medicine na allowed during Pregnancy

Oo, first pregnancy is scary with colds talaga! Honestly, I asked my OB agad dahil di ako sure, and she said paracetamol is okay, pero yung cough medicines kailangan check lang muna with her kasi may ingredients na hindi recommended sa pregnancy, better safe than sorry talaga when baby is involved. A few of us moms swear by honey and warm water, plus steam inhalation para ma-ease ang sipon, and rest talaga ang best medicine, pero definitely go see your doctor first para malaman exactly kung ano ang safe for you and baby!

Aww first baby, yun talaga ang challenging part! Honestly, with colds and cough during pregnancy kailangan talagang careful kasi hindi lahat pwede, so best advice ko is to check with your OB first before taking any medicine, they'll know exactly what's safe para sa baby mo. A few of us from our mommy group, we mostly did steam inhalation, warm fluids, and tulog lang, kasi maraming OTC medicines na hindi recommended during pregnancy talaga, yun lang safer route!
