Aw momsh, I feel you, ang PUPPP talaga is such a nightmare, parang sobrang unfair na third trimester pa lang halos maubos ka na sa itch! A few of us sa mom group namin had it, and honestly one swears by hydrocortisone cream from the pharmacy (pero kailangan mo talaga i-check with your OB muna para sigurado sa pregnancy safety, especially for creams), while another said cold compress or oatmeal baths helped her manage the itching between doses. Pero momsh, really please see your doctor ASAP kasi they can prescribe something safe for baby and prescribe the right strength para hindi ka na mag-suffer like this, alam ko ang gabi napakahirap pag kati kati, walang tulog. Hang in there, third trimester lang yan at kakarating na ang delivery, kaya mo yan!
