Honestly, most of us CS moms don't wear the binder while sleeping kasi mas comfortable and ang CS wound needs breathing time din, lalo na pagtulog na, just make sure your incision is clean and dry, at okay lang mag-shift ng positions para hindi ma-irritate ang sutures. Waterproof gauze is actually good idea especially if meron kang discharge pa o kung mahirap mong panatilihing clean ang area, pero since it's your first time, better magcheck ka sa OB mo kung kailangan mo pa ng gauze or if your wound is healing well na, they'll give you the best advice based sa actual healing ng CS mo, ate!
