If I had the money for it, I'd prefer to live in Serendra! There's a courtyard, multiple pools, a nice workout facility, good security, and to top it all off, everything (in regards to shopping) is within walking distance.

I'd choose the Venice also. I love the ambiance and the proximity to restaurants and malls. It's also a lot more peaceful I suppose kasi hindi sya along the busy streets.
The Venice Residences. I like yung Venice theme lalo na yung grand canal. Plus factor pa yung mall na within the vicinity.
