Aiyoh I've heard of a few mums going through this, cramps without discharge can happen in early pregnancy but it can also be other things, so I'd suggest going to see your doc or doing a urine test at a clinic just to be sure! Better to check now than wonder, kan. Let me know what happens, fingers crossed for you!
