Cup feeding 7months
Hi mommy's. Pure breastfeed ako planning na Sana mag mix feed pero I will use cup feeding na. And then pure formal na kase babalik nako sa work. And idea mga mii or may nakaexpirence na ganun?
Ah, cup feeding is such a smart move mama, especially if you're going back to work, a few of us did the same thing at 7 months and honestly, mas naging smooth ang transition kumpara sa bottle! One of my mum friends swears by starting with a small, shallow cup (like a regular cup or even a small medicine cup) para mas natural ang sipping motion, at laging handa ka ng bib at towel kasi messy talaga hehe. The key is patience lang at consistency, let baby explore the cup, and don't rush; sobrang helpful din yung expressing milk regularly so may supply ka palagi for work. Pero since you're planning the mix feeding setup, maybe best to check with your pedia kung gaano kadami ang kailangan mo daily para makasiguro na okay ang nutrition balance habang pure breastfeeding ka pa rin sa bahay!
