hospital appoinment

Hi mommy, last week i went to checkup for my daughter, doc said ask me some question abt my daughter.. Doc ask she can talk or not? I said she can talk only one words like tat, n she can sing rhymes but not fluent n doc said tat its big prob n i must refer to specilist for speech delay, unnecessary cry ....my appoinment was on 23 may but i cant go bcoz my husband suddenly have to go out station ...can i go on this monday ?
