Sayang, first thing, please follow up with your doctor or go to A&E straightaway if the bleeding gets heavier or you feel anything's wrong, okay? Don't wait. Bleeding in early pregnancy is scary, but it happens to quite a few of us and baby can still be okay, your scan showed baby's there, that's the good sign. A few of my mum friends went through spotting in the first trimester and everything turned out fine, so try not to panic too much (I know, easier said than done!). Just rest as much as you can, avoid heavy lifting, and keep your follow-up appointments closely. Your doctor will monitor you properly from here.
