Eh yes lah, at 29 weeks it's definitely possible you're experiencing Braxton Hicks, a few of us felt them quite early, even around 28-30 weeks, so you're not alone! The thing is, if the pain is quite intense or you're worried it might be something else, best to check with your doctor just to be safe, especially since you're still quite early in the pregnancy. Usually Braxton Hicks are just tightening sensations without real pain, but every pregnancy is different, so don't take chances! How often are you feeling these tightenings?
