Nerve Injury After Birth

Question

Hello mommies!Sino po dito naka experience ng nerve injury after given birth? Ano pong ginawa nyo para bumalik sa dati? Normal delivery ako with epidural and undergone Anesthesia nung nagpa ligate ako minutes after birth (not sure kung local or general anesthesia binigay nila). Ung naging effect kasi ng mga anesthesia na tinurok after birth, hindi ko na nagagalagy ung right arm ko ng normal, kelangan ko pang alalayan. A week after kung manganak sabi lang OB sakin baka naipit lang daw pwede ko daw ipahilot pero hindi naman nawala. 2 months post partum na di pa totally bumalik ung normal na pwersa ng braso ko. Nung nakaraan lang nagpa bunot ako ng ngipin, binigyan ako local anesthesia, somehow naingat ko na ung braso ko pero ung lakas hindi pa bumabalik. #askmommies

Mama, ito ay medical concern talaga na kailangan i-address ng doctor mo agad, hindi ko alam kung anesthesia-related ito or nerve pinching during delivery, pero 2 months na at hindi pa bumabalik, dapat talagang tingnan ng specialist. Please don't wait pa, book an appointment with your OB or ask for a referral to a neurologist para ma-check properly. A few of us moms have had issues after delivery din, pero the key talaga is getting the right medical eval early so they can guide you on what to do next.
