Ohhh I totally understand your worry, especially with first baby! BCG biasanya memang akan leave a mark/scar kat shoulder, tapi kalau ada dua yang nampak differently atau you're noticing something yang tak right (macam infection signs, pus, or super swollen), better to double-check dengan doctor just to put your mind at ease lah, nurse confirm normal tapi your mummy instinct is valid jugak. A few of my mum friends had similar worries and they found seeing the doctor even for confirmation je helped them relax, so no harm asking!
