A few of us mums with GDM had bigger babies on scan tapi the doctors said it's not always a sign of a problem, what matters more is how your blood sugar levels are doing lah, because that's what really affects the baby's growth. Since you have GDM, best to just keep monitoring closely with your KK doctor, follow the diet plan they give you, and maybe ask them specifically at your next scan whether the measurements are tracking normally for your particular case, they'll have your full picture.
