Rasa macam senggugut mengejut

Haah, senggugut mengejut tu normal dalam pregnancy terutama masa 8 bulan, mungkin Braxton Hicks contractions (practice contractions) atau round ligament pain bila uterus stretch, especially kalau tiba-tiba gerak or berubah posisi. A few of my mum friends juga ada yang rasa macam tu dekat third trimester, scary jugak but usually hilang dalam minit ja. Yang penting, kalau sakit tu terus-menerus, ada bleeding, or contractions jadi regular, kena check dengan doctor ye sebab better safe than sorry, tapi kalau tiba-tiba je lepas tu OK ja, most of the time OK je.
