Preggy who lives alone at home
Any mommies who live alone who is 3 months preggy. Hubby is working away. Nasa iloilo po. Batangas na assign. Wanna ask for advice, pano niyo nagagawa? Or tips. Working preggy po night shift. #firsttimemom #advicepls #firstbaby

Hay, first congratulations mama! Strength, mama!
Đọc thêmAw mama, that's tough, night shift at 3 months while solo at home, pero kaya mo yan! A few of us in our circle have been through LDR pregnancies, and honestly the hardest part is the exhaustion, kaya make sure you're eating enough at work (pack easy snacks like crackers and fruits) and resting properly kahit short your sleep between shifts. Get to know at least one trusted neighbor or friend locally na pwede mong i-call if you feel off, and don't hesitate to message your hubby about how you're really feeling, these months are crucial and he needs to understand. Try mo rin mag-prenatal check-ups regularly sa closest clinic/hospital in Iloilo, and join online preggy groups din para may makausap ka anytime, especially on night shift when you're awake at weird hours. You're not alone in this, mama, reach out, okay?
