Maternity Leave for Government Employee

Oo mama, as a gov employee din ako, sumusuweldo pa rin kami during maternity leave and lahat ng benefits like Christmas bonus ay intact pa rin! A few of us from my office coordinated with HR about this kasi balangkas talaga ng government employees, protected lahat ng benefits natin during leave, which is one of the good things about being civil service. Pero kang HR mo talaga slow, suggest mo na directly submit a written request para may trail, kasi dapat mabilis lang sagutin yan since it's covered na ng law. Alam ko maraming moms na nag-follow up multiple times kaya don't hesitate to keep asking!
