Sakit perut/false contraction

Sounds like it could be Braxton Hicks (false contractions) mixed with constipation, pregnancy hormones make both happen at the same time, and at this stage memang yang satu susah nak distinguish from the other. Try drinking more water, eat fruits with fibre, and if the pain comes in waves or your belly hardens then relaxes, likely Braxton Hicks; if it's constant pressure feeling, more constipation lah. But since it's affecting your sleep and you're unsure, better check with your doctor or midwife just to be sure everything okay, especially since you're getting close to labour time.

That shooting pain feeling boleh jadi Braxton Hicks (false contractions) or constipation, both super common dekat stage ni, tapi since you're having the sensation mcm nak berak tapi takda hasil, I'd lean more towards constipation lahh, kasi makan extra fiber & minum banyak water dulu. Kalau sakit tu datang & pergi in waves & kuat, atau kalau still worried, better check with your doctor cepat2 sebab they can clarify whether it's practice contractions or just the perut drama, plus they boleh suggest safe ways to help you sleep better, sebab rasa macam kena tidur lah, si bub kat bawah tu pun relax kalau mummy relaxed!
