Baby gerak dlm perut
Hi mommies. Sy ftm, 16 weeks.. kalau tiba2 rasa mcm kena cuit sekali dua dlm perut tu, tu baby tgh gerak ke? Tak hari2 pun rasa tp ada time tgh baring nak tidur rasa halus2 je.
Eh, boleh jadi tu baby gerak! At 16 weeks, some mums dah rasa movements, especially kalau FTM macam you, biasanya antara 16-20 weeks you'll start noticing lah. Rasa mcm little flutters, bubble-bubble feeling, atau light taps je, some of my mum friends describe it like goldfish nudging dalam air, very gentle. Don't worry lah if tak consistent yet, setiap baby beza, and your body will tell you when it's really the baby versus gas (gas juga boleh trickster!). Just lie down and relax like you're doing, pay attention to the pattern, and you'll recognise baby's signature moves soon enough!
