Hay, I totally get it, CS packages dito sa Pampanga are honestly quite pricey na! Try mo i-check ang smaller provincial hospitals or birthing centers around Mabalacat, kasi usually mas mura sila compared sa big ones, though trade-off is less facilities at waiting time. My cousin gave birth sa isang accredited hospital sa Porac and she paid around 65-75k for CS, so it's possible kung may matiklo ka, pero need mo talaga mag-inquire directly sa hospitals and compare packages, kasi may hidden charges din sometimes.
