Super bloated madalas

I consulted this to my OB before kasi may episode akong ganito. More likely is due to constipation dn daw. Wala po syang nireseta na gamot pero ahe advised me to eat foods rich in fiber and stay hydrated. If magworsen, need ko daw sya iinform immediately. So far, kapag bloated ako I try to switch positions lang pag nakahiga and nailalabas ko naman yung hangin.

Same po, 18weeks here. Nararanasan ko po ito lalo pag nabubusog. Effective po yung small frequent meals as suggested of my OB. Pero di padin talaga maiwasan minsan na napadami ng kain. Iwas nalang po higa agad after kain. Best to consult your OB din po for other remedies. Never po ako nagpahid ng kung ano ano sa tiyan hehe.
