Alamak, I totally understand la, getting that call mmg bikin panik! Tapi honestly, GBS positive bukan worst thing ever; a few of us mums in my group dapat jugak, and dengan antibiotics during labour, baby lah fine je. The hospital will give you IV antibiotics when you go into labour or when your water breaks, so the infection won't pass to baby, it's a straightforward precaution, really. Since this is your first baby and you're worried, definitely chat dengan your doctor or midwife about the exact plan they want to follow, because setiap hospital ada slightly different approach, tapi outcome-wise most of us had normal, healthy deliveries. Try not to stress yourself out, because baby can sense it, you've got this, mama!
