Due 9/4 & Occipito Posterior Baby
Hi mommies, siapa share tarikh due dgn saya ? and nk tnya ada tak tips untuk "occipito posterior baby". Nk beranak normal tp Doc ckp kalau baby still dalam posterior position susah nk beranak normal.
Aiyoh, I totally understand your worry lah, a few of us have gone through this and honestly it's nerve-wracking when doc says that! Try spending time on all fours or doing pelvic tilts and cat-cow stretches (I did these like religiously), plus keep moving around, don't sit too much, and some mums swear by the birthing ball or even just walking. Definitely discuss with your doc closer to your due date though about monitoring baby's position, sometimes babies do turn on their own, and your doc can guide you on what to do if baby stays posterior closer to labour day.
