Senak 37weeks
Hi mommies, senak perut tu dikira tanda nak bersalin ke. Sebab perut ni senak sangat tapi takda turun tanda bersalin pun. Senak macam gastrik tu tapi saya makan ja awal pagi. Taktau nak buat cemana dah tak tahan sangat rasa 😭. Kalau ikutkan dah cukup 37w ni
Aiyooo sabar sabar, 37 weeks memang time yang exciting tapi also the most uncomfortable kan! Senak perut at this stage boleh jadi banyak benda, baby's position, Braxton Hicks, or memang just the pressure of baby yang dah besar and taking up space, tapi sebab ni health-related and you're close to due date, better check with your doctor or midwife just to make sure everything okay, especially if the pain is really unbearable lah. A few of my mum friends pun mengadu same thing and mostly it was just the body preparing, tapi doktor confirm je supaya you don't worry and tahu apa to watch for. In the meantime try to rest, makan small meals frequently instead of large ones, and avoid heavy food, I swear by drinking warm water and light posisi tidur changes
