Hi mommies.  Saya kerap sangat sakit bawah perut sebelah kiri (area ari-ari) macam period cramp tapi yang keluarnya keputihan tapi, tak banyak sangat. Pagi sekali, tengah hari & malam sekali. Datang sekejap2. Lagi2 kalau saya minum air suam, sakit sangat. Doktor dah bagi painkiller pun tak jalan. Jadi saya guna tungku dekat area ari ari itu. Ada tak yang sama macam saya? Sayang, please go see your doctor or go to the hospital straightaway, abdominal pain on one side at 7 months needs to be checked properly, especially since the painkiller isn't helping. Don't wait, ya. I know it's scary, but at this stage better safe than sorry. A few of us mummies went through similar scares and it turned out to be different things, some ligament stretching, some needed monitoring, but the doctor needs to see you to be sure. Don't rely on the tungku alone; that's just comfort, not checking what's really going on inside. Once you've seen the doctor and they've ruled out anything serious, then we can chat about managing the pain better, okay? Praying it's nothing serious for you, hun.
