Pwede ba pag sabayin ang Folic Acid and Ferrous Sulfate

Hi mi, yes po. ang advise po kasi sakin ng ob ko is best taken daw po ng ferrous with folic acid is on 30mins or 1hr before meal. And avoid drinking milk daw po after medication para mas effective daw po yung gamot.

yung gamot na nireseta sakin nang ob ko, isang gamot pero tatlo na katumbas na gamot (iron,ferrous, folicacid) , yung sainyo po kasi naka separate parin kaya siguro mas safe if hindi mo pag sabayin .

Sabi ng OB ko pag 4 or 5 mos na - change na from folic acid to 1 vitamins na meron ng iron/ferrous sulfate, folic and vit b which sakin is Hemarate FA. So 1 nalang, di na dalawa

After lunch- folic acid before bedtime- ferrous
