Hi mommies! Saje nak share, kalau ikut week sekarang saya 36w tapi saya dah bersalin masa 26w. Edd 20/10, DOB 12/7 sekarang anak dah dua bulan dekat nicu 🥹 Bersalin awal sebab air ketuban terlampau banyak, dah bersalin rupanya sebab uri lekang. Masa first appointment dengan O&G doktor cakap tiada jangkitan kuman pada miss v tapi appointment kedua doktor lain kata ada jangkitan kuman dekat uri. Confuse sebab doktor kedua tu kata kuman boleh datang dari dubur dan masuk melalui miss v tapi doktor first kata takde jangkitan kuman dekat miss v. Faham tak? Ada yang pernah jadi gini tak? #firstmom

Sabar ya mama, memang confusing kan bila dapat info berbeza dari dua doktor Tapi honestly, yang penting sekarang anak dah selamat keluar dan sedang recover kat NICU, tu dah huge blessing! A few of my mum friends had similar situations where infection was detected later or in different areas (placenta vs vaginal), so it's not uncommon, and the two findings aren't always contradictory lah (one might be referring to the placenta/membrane, one to vaginal tract). Since this is quite specific to your medical history and the two different findings, best to ask your O&G directly to clarify which infection was detected and where exactly, most doktor willing explain kalau kita ask properly, and understanding the root cause might help ease your mind for future pregnancies. For now, focus on your recovery and visiting baby kat NICU, you're doing great!
