Hi! Okay, personally I haven't tried a pedia dentist in Pasig yet kasi ang aming dentist is in Makati, but a few of us moms from the neighborhood actually go to this clinic near Rosario Church, they're really good with kids and hindi napakamahalan. You might want to ask sa your community FB group or sa moms around your area, madami dyan na nag-try na ng different clinics at mabilis mag-share ng recommendations, and honestly yun ang best way para makakuha ng honest feedback from other Pasig parents!
