Breech Position 35weeks

Aw, 35 weeks pa lang kaya may chance talaga na mag-turn pa si baby, marami sa amin na-experience yan! One of my mum friends swears by doing those exercises like hands-and-knees position and pelvic tilts regularly, plus swimming kung kaya mo, kaya worth trying talaga bago ka mag-worry. But honestly, best thing is to chat with your OB about it asap para makita niya exactly kung saan positioned ang baby at what your options are, kasi sometimes they might suggest other things or monitor more closely pa lang depending sa case mo, don't stress too much na, maraming babies still turn on their own by 37-38 weeks!
