Round wound (sugat)

Aww mama, I totally get the worry, ganyan talaga pag may new wound, nakaka-stress! For round wounds like that, best approach is to keep it clean and dry muna, wash with mild soap and water, then cover with a clean bandage kung kailangan para hindi ma-dirty; a few of us moms swear by antibiotic ointment para hindi maging infected, pero honestly, if it looks deep, may pus, or hindi gumagaling after a few days, better check with the pedia agad para sigurado lang na okay lang at walang kailangan na antibiotics.
