Tak period sebulan

Alamak, ini memang bikin panik kan! Honestly a few of us moms pernah tengok UPT negative tapi period tak datang jugak, bisa jadi hormones lagi kacau or stress, tapi honestly baik you see your doctor just to be sure, sebab banyak possibilities (thyroid issues, PCOS, atau just hormonal imbalance). Don't worry lah, doctors will figure it out, and if you're worried about the UPT itself, they can do a blood test yang lebih accurate. Jangan stress dulu ya, I know scary tapi it's probably nothing serious!
