I haven't given birth at Shah Alam Hospital myself, but a few of my mum friends who did mentioned the costs vary quite a bit depending on whether you go private or government ward, and they paid anywhere from a few thousand up to more depending on complications and length of stay. Best you call the hospital directly or ask in the local Shah Alam mummy groups on Facebook, usually those mamas have very recent and specific numbers, plus some may have the actual quotations from their deliveries!
