Perut mengerasa

Ahhh you're so close na! Perut menegeras tu macam ada tarikan atau tightness kat belly, rasa keras sikit sekejap then relax balik, some mommies say macam perut being "squeezed" gently la, tapi tak sakit usually. Honestly I didn't really notice mine at 38 weeks juga, so don't worry if you tak obvious feel it, some labour signs macam ni boleh jadi subtle lang, especially if it's your first time. A few of us in my mum circle realised we had them semua along but didn't notice sampai doctor atau midwife mention! Kalau you're unsure, best la call your midwife or doctor just to confirm everything's progressing well, takkan rugi kan.
