SSS MatBen, 105 days paid leave, Philheath, Lying in Clinic

Hi mommies, im not a FTM but first time mabuntis while working. So wala akong idea abt these matters: 1. Ang SSS MatBen, kelan po ba makukuha and ang mag rrelease po ba neto is my company? or si SSS mismo? 2. 105 days paid leave (hopefully normal delivery) lahat po ba ng company meron neto? 3. Lying-in po ako manganganak (praying for normal and safe delivery) not my first time rin sa lying-in. Same benefit rin po ba makukuha or ma cclaim from Phil health pag employed?
