Pamamanhid ng mga kamay

Hello mommies, I'm 18 weeks preggy and these past few days namamanhid hands ko every morning. Naninigas sya to the point na I can't make a fist. Even if I eat or do house chores namamanhid sya. Is this normal? Do you have the same experience too? What to do about it?
