Excessive vomiting

Hi mommies, I'm 12 weeks pregnant and just started drinking a new set of multivitamins prescribed by my OB. Normal ba or anyone of you na nakaranas ng excessive vomiting as in sobra (unlike ng morning sickness) a day after getting a anti-tetanus shot and a few hours after drinking Obimin and Caltrate? Sa ibang gamot ko nattriger heartburn ko pero this is the first time this happened, uncontrollable vomiting talaga. I never had this kasi on my first pregnancy 🥲
