How to build a confident child at school and how do you manage to keep her doing well at school?

Hi, mommies, I enrolled my 3-year-old daughter but going 4 this December to a pre-school. How do you manage to let her write at school? I would think She is an introverted kid, who doesn't want to make friends, but if yes, she's the one to choose whom she likes to be friends with. Also, she does not want to be in the line for the flag ceremony or do some exercises. She is a shy kid, she always likes to be with me during the whole period of classes if not, she would cry hard. I'm always giving her some encouragement just to let her write during school hours or saying I would give her some rewards, but it's still futile, as she does not intend or like to finish them. What should I do with my daughter? She does not have Kalaro at home only her 1st.cousin during visits lang. She has a baby brother who turned 1.

Aw mama, ang hirap talaga ng transition stage, a few of us went through this with our introverts, and honestly, pushin lang sila agad usually backfires, kaya better to take it slow and let her warm up sa environment muna. With my daughter, I realized na rewards and pressure lang ang nagpasama, so I shifted to just celebrating small things, like "yay, you sat near the teacher!" instead of "why didn't you finish writing?", at parang nag-relax siya over time. Since she's shy and may baby brother at home, siguro she needs extra reassurance na safe ang school, kaya baka pwedeng go with her on some school days kung allowed, or talk to her teachers na mag-ease in lang siya instead of forcing participation agad sa flag ceremony. The writing thing will come naturally when she's ready and confident na, hindi mo na kailangan mag-reward; some kids just need more time to process things than others, especially introverts, at yan normal lang sa preschool level talaga.
