Late period but bled after sex

Hi mommies, hubby and I are trying to get pregnant for our 1st baby. I’m 1 week delayed as of today, although nag-negative nung nagtry ako mag-PT nung 3 days delayed na ko. No other signs of being pregnant aside sa konting pagkahilo from time to time which may also be caused by lack of sleep.
