Folic acid intake

Hi Mommies. How much folic acid dosage are you consuming daily please? Dr gave me 5mg tablet daily. Online articles suggest min. 6/8mg. Thanks in advance!

I took 5mg tablet daily! I would advise you to follow what your gynae said instead. You should not fully believe everything you have read online. Trust the medical expert instead of online.
