How to deal with mamaru?

Mommies, how do you deal with people na nagmamarunong with what's the gender of your baby? I mean, you didn't ask for them to guess the gender but still they tell you without hesitation. Nakakastress lang kase pagka may nagmemessage or may nagsasabe sakin kung anong tingin nilang gender ng baby ko. Based on pamahiin or yung itsura ng belly.
