Paglilinis ng nipples

Hello mommies. FTM here at 25 weeks. Pa'no niyo po nililinis ang nipples niyo? May mga something white po kasi sa nipples ko. Every bath time ko lang po siya nalilinis using water.

before n after every feeding.. clean with cotton and distilled water.. after breastfeeding po , put nipple cream pra d mag crack and it wont hurt on ur next feedings ... hope it helps!
