Aww, I totally get the worry, pero 2 days without poop at 3.5 months isn't always a red flag, some babies, especially if exclusively breastfed, can go longer between poops at this age kaya don't panic just yet! That said, the combo ng no poop + mas konti pumped milk + baby still whining would make me check in with her pediatrician para ma-assess if baby's actually getting enough, since sometimes engorgement stopping just means your supply has regulated (which is good!), but we want to make sure latch and transfer are on point. A few of my mum friends had similar worries around this age and their doc just did a quick weight check to confirm baby was growing fine, which gave them peace of mind right away. In the meantime, make sure baby's latching deeply para better milk transfer, at monitor her wet diapers, kung okay pa rin ang iyong count ng wet nappies per day, likely baby's doing okay na.
