When should I go To the hospital?

Hello mommies, My EDD is on August 28. I've been having on and off pain in my lower abdomen around 2:30am until 3:44am and I felt like I needed to go to the bathroom. The past 2 days, I had this clear-slime like liquid which I think is a mucus plug ( see the picture below it was taken earlier.) on my underwear. Also my baby is so active inside. Is this an indication of active labor? When should I go to the hospital? #FTM #pleasehelp #advicepls #firstbaby
