Yes, ang pincode ay basically ang zipcode, so tama ang understanding mo, pero sometimes VIParents can be finicky with formatting, lalo na if you're using spaces or hyphens kung saan hindi expected. Try mo i-input lang without spaces, or double-check kung complete yung address mo sa lahat ng fields bago mag-proceed, kasi minsan incomplete address ang culprit kahit tama yung pincode mismo. If it still doesn't work, best to message their customer service directly, happened din sa amin before and they fixed it agad!
